Absolutely perfect for a basketball weekend! We came with a group of old college friends to watch a Mizzou game. The location was unbeatable – just a quick drive to the arena. The house was clean, spacious, and exactly as advertised. We grilled out on the deck, which was great for pre-game. We’ll be back for another reunion next season for sure!

Stayed here with my family while visiting our daughter at Mizzou, and it was wonderful. The home is in a quiet neighborhood and feels very welcoming. It had everything we needed and more – the kitchen was the most well-stocked I’ve seen in a rental! We cooked family dinners with ease. The beds were comfy, and everything was spotless. We will definitely stay again on our next visit.

What is your cancelation policy?

Moderate - Guests can cancel at least five days before check-in for a full refund.

What are your check-in and check-out polices?

Check-in starts at 4:00pm. You will received a code before your stay for self check-in.

Check-out time is 11:00am. Our cleaners come shortly after this to prepare the home for the next guest.

Are parties allowed?

Zero tolerance for parties. This home is in a residential neighborhood and we have the utmost respect for our neighbors. If there is a party with unregistered guests, authorities will be called, guests will be asked to leave, and no refund will be given.

Quiet hours are 9pm to 7am. Please do not play loud music outside the home.

Can I smoke or drink in the home?

No smoking of any kind inside the home. If we detect the home has been smoked in we will need to charge you a large cleaning fee to ozone the property.

Be responsible with alcohol in this home, we are not responsible for any injuries or harm related to drug or alcohol use.

Are there any cameras at the property?

We respect our guests’ privacy. There are no cameras inside the home or on the back deck. However, for security purposes, we do have an exterior video doorbell camera and an outdoor camera monitoring the garage entry. These are solely to protect the property and ensure a safe stay. There are no recording devices in any private spaces.
